This 480 SF ADU was design on a challenging site, with a steep slope in the backyard and a storm water easement. The design was intended for place for aging grandparents to live and be close to the family but have a space of their own and a sense of independence. It featured a single bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, stackable laundry and front living room/kitchen area.
